A motor vehicle crash injured four people in Carneys Point Township.
CARNEYS POINT TWP. -- A crash left four people injured Sunday night when the vehicle overturned after striking an embankment, authorities said.
Carneys Point Police responded at 10:30 p.m. to the D.O.D. Wildlife Refuge, located off U.S. 130, for reports of a single-vehicle crash.
The driver of the vehicle lost control, struck an embankment and overturned, according to authorities.
There were four people in the vehicle, including the driver.
Police believe one of the passengers called in the accident.
Two of the occupants refused medical attention while the other two were transported to Christiana Medical Center with moderate injuries, police said.
