A Carneys Point resident left the car running, went inside, came out to it missing, cops say.
CARNEYS POINT TWP. -- Police in Carneys Point are investigating a vehicle theft that occurred over the weekend.
Carneys Point Police responded at 4:14 a.m. Friday to a residence on North Broad Street.
The owner started the vehicle and walked back into the house. By the time the owner returned to the vehicle, it had been stolen, according to authorities.
The vehicle was entered into the National Crime System as a stolen vehicle.
Police are still investigating the theft.
