It's love, almost. On a cold, clear, moonless night in the middle of winter, all is not quite what it seems in the remote, mythical town of Almost, Maine. As the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents of Almost, Maine find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and often hilarious ways.

Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend -- almost -- in this delightful midwinter night's dream about romantic relationships.

The Salem County Vocational Theater Academy at Arthur P. Schalick High School will present the 2015 fall play, "Almost, Maine" by John Cariani, on Dec. 4 and 5 at 7 p.m., in the Schalick High School auditorium. The production, under the direction of Theater Instructor Arthur J. Mendini, will showcase the talents of the students enrolled in Advanced Theater Academy.

The school is at 718 Centerton Road in Pittsgrove. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $8 for students/seniors. SCVTS and Schalick High School encourage you to join them for this delightful production.
