Good afternoon!

Stop by the Bridgeton Library and see the veterans display provided by World War II combat veteran Warren Robinson and put together by head librarian Courtenay Reece.

Robinson volunteered to be the recipient of all the posters from the government during an anniversary year.

You can see them in the library along with Robinson's book on his World War II memoirs and the "Homefront'' book full of stories about local combat heroes.

In addition, Robinson has agreed to talk about military experiences at the library as soon as Reece can arrange it.

The mission of the Vineland Regional Dance Company is committing to preserving and enhancing the art of dance in southern New Jersey.

The VRDC shall foster a premier performing arts group through quality professional training, choreography, education and community outreach.

The VRDC  needs your support more than ever. A fully tax-deductible gift to the VRDC is a direct investment in the future of the performing arts. By making a donation, you have the opportunity to affect the lives of the VRDC dancers during their studies with the VRDC.

Activists plan to deliver more than 282,000 Care2 petition signatures demanding New Jersey wildlife officials allow the relocation of Pedals, a bear who has been seen walking upright due to injured front paws in Oak Ridge for over a year.

The Orphaned Wildlife Center, a wildlife sanctuary in Otisville, New York, has volunteered to take in Pedals if New Jersey and New York officials allow it.

Activists?

Why not just call them animal lovers or decent human beings?

Make that 282,001.

Maybe the Cohanzick Zoo would take him.

We had two at one time, but they didn't get along.
