Penns Grove pair indicted on charges of insurance fraud

According to court records, a Penns Grove woman failed to add another driver to her auto insurance policy.

SALEM -- A man and woman from Penns Grove have been indicted in connection with an alleged case of insurance fraud, according to court documents.

According to the indictment, on April 13, Tanita Y. Kibler, 39, is alleged to have failed to list Dewayne L. Jackson, 32, Jackson as a driver on her auto insurance policy.

Kibler was indicted by a Salem County grand jury on a third-degree charge of insurance fraud and a third-degree charge of conspiracy. Jackson was indicted on a third-degree charge of conspiracy in the case.

In other grand jury action:

* Tevin J. Richmond, 24, of Salem was indicted on a third-degree charge of burglary and a fourth-degree charge of theft, according to court documents.

The indictment says that Richmond on July 18 in Salem City allegedly entered a 1997 Audi and took property valued at $230.

ALSO: Salem woman indicted on charges of stabbing boyfriend to death

* Evan F. Hornbeck, 19, of Carneys Point was indicted on a third-degree charge of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, according to court documents.

The indictment says on May 15 in Oldmans Township, Hornbeck was allegedly found in possession of cocaine.

 * Javier R. Aponte, 43, of Vineland was indicted on a charge of fourth-degree sexual contact, according to court records.

The indictment says Aponte on May 25 allegedly "did commit an act of sexual contact" with a woman in Upper Pittsgrove.
