What's a billion billion?
Our newsroom spent an embarrassingly long time trying to figure that out.
Even after we Googled it we had trouble with the answer.
I guess that's why none of us became accountants.

"Down on Laurel and Broad Streets, the old hotel there, got a different name. Well it has three flags out: Canada, American and State of New Jersey. These people need a lesson in flag education, all three are on the same level. Nothing flies equal to or above the American flag. Pisses me off every time I pass by there."

"This year's Code Blue has just been amazing! Awesome volunteers! Increased number of guests coming in! This is an initiative that involves getting the homeless and/or people who just need to have a place a stay for the evening to get out of the cold.
"Community coming together...No blame game. Just results.
"Some quick highlights from last night.
"1. We had 11 guests stay the night and even more having a meal.
"2. One of our guest's boots were literally open in half with the toes wide open. We just so happened to have a new pair WITH THE SAME SHOE SIZE!!
"3. An off-duty Millville Policeman serve on the overnight shift.
"4. More generosity from our local restaurant establishments to provide meals.
"5. Chess and card games being played between the volunteers and guests.
"Just blows my mind. So you ask...How can I help? Here's a few ways.
"1. Volunteer. Sign up to be a volunteer at www.m25intiative.org
"2. Donate monetarily. All are 100 percent tax deductible at the web address above.
'3. We are good on clothes and blankets. But we can always use gloves, hats and socks.
"4. Spread the word!! Please share as we want to get as many people out of the extreme cold weather as possible.
"Thanks so much for all."
