The column that says please donate all that money you were going to use to buy us Christmas presents to a school trip to Rockefeller Center for Cherry Street School and send it to Nicole Albanese, business administrator, at the Bank Street Administration Building, 41 Bank St., Bridgeton, NJ 08302.

Good afternoon!

--

Fran Ferrera is on the Bridgeton Library Board of Directors.

He knows someone in Vineland who is willing to donate all proceeds from the sale of contents of a house at 1656 W. Weymouth Road, Vineland at 10 a.m. on Saturday to the library.

What!

"Some nice stuff,'' said Carl Hemple Sr., manager of WVLT 92.1 FM, who told us about it. "The guy just wants to clear out the house.''

They only heard about it last Saturday, so there will not be an auctioneer.

"Cash and carry,'' said Hemple.

Now what would be the best way to get the most money out of this windfall for a very needy beneficiary?

Miss Christina, Children's Program Coordinator, gave a parent presentation for the Cumberland County Library Children's & Teens department.

She was very introducing new programs and services free to all residents of Cumberland County.

Ms. Christina presented to families with the help of parent volunteer Ms. Jeannie Bass, who translated to the families of Indian Avenue School in Bridgeton.

If your school or organization would like to have a presentation of services from Miss Christina, please call the library at 856-453-2210 and ask for Miss Christina to learn more.

"I'm leaving hospital right now. Thanks for all your prayers.''

Micheal Brantley grew up sleeping in trees in a park in New York City.

We did a story on him and his weightlifting prowess.

Little did we know that while riding a motorcycle on Main Street in Millville that he would face a car coming head-on and he had to guess which way to throw his bike and slide the other way.

He guessed wrong.

He lost part of a leg and arm and the next time we saw him was in an induced coma in the Intensive Care Unit at Cooper University Hospital.

We really became close when he woke up with a tube down his throat and they told him it would have to stay there. We had that happen once and wanted to die.

He recovered, got artificial limb help and continued his power lifting and winning medals.

He also had a lot of people in his corner. If you don't have that, you have nothing, even though when you flex your muscles, you block out the sun.
